Average groom usually take around 1 hour 30 mins for a small/medium dogs. 

Large dogs will require extra time

Yes all dogs will be bathed with the exception of handstripping

Yes a matted dog will need to be shaved in order to relieve the skin of the matted fur.

We request that owners are not present during their dogs groom as this can often  be a distraction for some dogs.  However, exceptions can be made where it is deemed to be in the dog / groomers best interest.
